the moon is out

and we can hear the waves

and now things take on a different colour

as we unpack those same things

under

the light

of the sea

and sky...

  1. Une lettre compostée à Lille en 1932, un dictionnaire français Larousse...Il manque la version anglaise, la couleur des cheveux du photographe et l' enfance heureuse du regard.

  3. It's very pleasing to think of how your example and mine of the exact same reading lamp in the final frame has not only traveled with but enabled travel in our homes. After many years I use mine to bounce light now in a corner of the library in which I keep almost everything I have on Greece, and come to think of it, it has illuminated almost every textual mile I've traveled in those shelves, even as now it calls me warmly to their bindings. It still has work to do for me.
