When my husband was very little, Lorca's mother lived next door to his family's flat in Madrid. She was an old woman by then and used to take great pleasure in having a baby to hold. When my in laws would go out for an evening they would leave him with her... and who know what stories she whispered to him. I love that her arms were wrapped around him once upon a time.
