there you still live, Walt.  

But that is not to say I have ever grown used to your leaving...

nor your walking down that straight line

as if you knew

just where

One year ago today...





we decided to help walt

walk down

the ghost trail...





friends came




by land, by air, by sea






all dressed up

in our best cowgirl clothes






we made

an alter




of all the things he loved




this is where

he rests now

out amongst the sky and rock and hot sun that he loved so much...
