we loved sleeping in 

and waking to waves

goodbye lovely hikes in the wood,

and sweet smell of eucalyptus

..

goodbye long, lazy days

and deep sleeping- in nights.

instead, i've decided to take my own odysessy

turning off technology for a fortnight




i shall read that stack of books





write letters




and paint






swim in that cold pacific






and dream about the coming year...
